In order to purchase a product, click on the ’ add to Cart ’ button. To view your shopping cart, click on the ’ view basket ’ button at the top of the page. At checkout a number of personal information is required in order to complete the transaction. When you have ordered, you will receive an email to confirm your order. The General conditions described below apply to all purchases made in my web shop. If you make an order, it means, that you accept these conditions.

SHIPPING
If you do not receive your order because of a shipping error, please contact me at mail@helenemkeinicke.com and we will find a solution. All orders are shipped with Post Nord. Shipping costs are added to the total amount of your purchase. All orders are sent within 2 business days.

EXCHANGE
If you want to return or exchange your item, shipping costs is at your own expense. Items must be packed securely, so it is returned in perfect condition. When you return an item your money will be refunded to the credit card you paid with. If you want to exchange items, please contact me at mail@helenemkeinicke.com within 7 days of reception, and we will find a solution.

GUARANTEES
Check your order immediately after you receive it. If your order is damaged or broken during transportation, please contact me within 7 days of reception. Send me an email at mail@helenemkeinicke.com with a picture of the damage. I will send the product again after receiving your email. The cost of this is paid by me, Helene Møberg Keinicke.

RIGHTS
All rights to the products and illustrations purchased from my web shop will remain my property. Products from Helene Møberg Keinicke must under no circumstances be falsified or used in the manufacture of new products.

PRIVACY
When you order, you must enter a range of personal information. I need this to complete the order. The data is used only for the processing of your order.
